A fireman receives the sad news that he will not be able to spend Christmas at home due to work. But his wife and two children do their best to lift his mood just before holiday season arrives.

This film is different from the previous ones; its themes are more mature, and the characters and situations are different. The protagonist is still Mariana Ávila, who now has to face adulthood and marriage.

The faraway Double Sun System is composed by 7 planets and 12 moons, with the two firsts planets apparently without organic life. In the third planet, Brigabor, its inhabitants live in peace and harmony governed with wisdom by king Brigal, his son prince Zalk, and helped by Rahman, kingdom's sorcerer and Magic Crown's owner, symbol of the kingdom and possessor of incredible powers. Idún, evil witch and queen of the Black Planet in the Lost Planets (generic name of the three lasts planets of Double Sun System), wants to steal the Magic Crown to rule all Double Sun System with the help of her vizier Zohak, but Zalk, Rahman and Hanstor (Rahman's child apprentice), discover Idún's plan and they try stop her.

After being accused of murder when his business partner falls to his death, an architect flees from city authorities while trying to clear his name.

On the Day of the Dead, a 10-year-old kid anxiously awaits a visit from his grandfather from the afterlife to finally meet him

Fernandito, a scriptwriter finds his best friend, Arturo Centella a film director, dead in his apartment. A police detective, finds a posthumous letter written by Arturo and ask to Fernandito that tells the story behind it. Then, Fernandito begins to tell what seems to be a story of supernatural events. One night, after leaving an spiritualism session with Dr. William Castle, Fernandito and Arturo find two beautiful and mysterious girls, Elena and Amparo, in the road and offer to ride them home. Arturo falls in love with Elena, despite she doesn't seem to much interested on him. However, they arranged a date for tomorrow night, but when the guys arrive they're informed by a neighbor that the girls died two months ago. Arturo and Fernandito, not quite impressed by the creepy news, don't believe this and start an investigation about what happened with the girls, in a case in which maybe is involved Dr. Castle and a family dedicated to supernatural research.
